The Leadership Circle™ Culture Survey (TLCS)

The Leadership Culture Survey delivers a powerful “litmus” test of your leadership culture. Used for your entire organization, or just the leadership team, TLCS reveals valuable data: It tells you how your people view their current leadership culture, and compares that reality to the optimal culture they desire. The “gap” between data on their current culture and their desired culture instantly reveals key opportunities for leadership development. It also measures how your leadership culture compares to that of other organizations.

The Leadership Circle™ 360° Profile

The Leadership Circle Profile is the next generation of 360° survey tools. On par with the best on the market in measuring competencies, it is the only competency-based tool that measures both the array of key leadership competencies and the underlying beliefs or reactive tendencies that limit leadership effectiveness.

The top 180° identifies the creative dimensions or competencies – the effective actions and behaviour evident in the workplace. The lower half tells the inner story – the “software” or belief systems that run a leader’s behaviour. The report displays, at a glance, the key interrelationships between the two driving insight to enhance self-awareness and highlight key development areas.

The Kolbe System™

Backed by over 30 years of research and practical applications, Kolbe Indexes offer a unique approach to understanding and predicting workplace behaviour.

Fast and easy to complete online, the Kolbe A™ Index provides an incredibly accurate map of an individual’s natural instincts or modus operandi (MO). The only profile of its kind, Kolbe identifies and quantifies conative (doing) talents, how one instinctively and intuitively takes action. This differs from cognitive (thinking) profiles that measure knowledge and experience, or affective (feeling) assessments that measure emotional behaviour.

The Kolbe B™ Index measures an individual's expectations of how he or she should perform in a current job. Comparing a Kolbe B Index result with an A Index result offers insights into how to leverage instinctive talents at work.

Kolbe Sales MO™, a supplemental report to the Kolbe A Index, describes how sales professionals can use their natural strengths to operate ‘in the zone,’ working smarter instead of harder. It offers guidance on how to manage critical stages of the sales process such as; cold calling, using a script, handling objections, demonstrating a product, communicating special offers, documenting, closing, and delivering service.

Kolbe Career MO+ is a supplemental report to the Kolbe A Index result that identifies jobs and careers that fit a particular MO. It also offers guidance on how to make the most of one’s natural talents in a current job.

Kolbe Right-Fit™ is a statistically proven hiring tool that helps companies screen and select the best job applicants. Instead of guessing how well a prospective employee will perform, RightFit helps you identify the required methods of operation, or profile, of the ideal candidate. Each candidate is then ranked on an "A" to "F" scale based on how well their individual instincts compare to the requirements for success in a particular role. RightFit can also be used to select individuals who match the methods of proven high-performers, as well as individuals who can fill a critical gap on a team.

Benefits include cost savings and reduced turnover. One national financial services company using RightFit estimates saving more than $10 million between interviewing, retraining and downtime. Another employer reports 0% of the employees hired using RightFit left for job-related reasons.
